This is not about getting rid of everything you own. It’s about understanding what you have, what you wear, and how you can use it to your advantage. A well-organized closet can save you time and money, and it can even boost your confidence. Here’s how to do it:

The process was simple: I started by taking inventory of my entire wardrobe. I then categorized the items into different sections, such as tops, bottoms, dresses, and accessories. This allowed me to see the gaps in my wardrobe and identify what I needed. I used the Notes app to create a detailed inventory list. For each item, I included the brand, color, size, condition, and any other relevant information. I also added notes about the items I was keeping, discarding, or donating. This detailed inventory list helped me to make informed decisions about what to keep, discard, and donate.

I’m going to start tracking the individual items in my wardrobe. I’m going to track the colors, the styles, the brands, and the condition of each item. I’m going to start tracking the frequency of wear, the occasions for which it’s suitable, and the overall impact it has on my style.
